Full home Inspection and WDO
Full Home Inspection
As an InterNACHI Certified Professional, S & L's Home Inspectors have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a detailed and competent visual inspection of your home, from roof to foundation. Outside the home, our Home Inspectors will check the exterior walls, roof, driveway, decks, etc.; we will then move inside to examine the walls, ceilings, electrical, appliances, floors, doors, accessible attics, and windows resulting in a comprehensive report that will be delivered to you within 24 hrs of the completion of the onsite inspection.
WDO Inspection Option
These reports can be provided as an add on to your full home inspections upon request for an additional cost. Because wood-destroying organisms are not easy to identify and detect, a properly trained inspector is necessary. WDO inspections are visual inspections of all accessible parts of the home, including crawlspace, attic, and exterior. They look for evidence of past or active infestation, such as wood damage, termites, beetles dead or alive, and mud tubes. Inspections also look for signs of infestation, such as soil contact with windows or wood, standing water, and other relative conditions.
S & L Home Inspections, LLC is not a licensed pest control company. The WDO will be performed by a vetted and licensed WDO inspector that we contract out and will be done at the same time of your full home inspection if you choose to add it.
